Payment Options

Credit Card: We accept credit and debit cards online.

PayPal: An express checkout service for customers with a PayPal account.

Payments will show on your statement as a transaction with T S Ltd.

Postage

We do not currently make an additional charge for postage.

All orders are discreetly and securely packaged and sent by tracked mail services requiring a signature on receipt.

Despatch

We try to despatch all items within 48 hours, using an appropriate Royal Mail or Fedex service.

PLEASE NOTE: Delays can occur if a particular item is out of stock. We reserve the right to take up to 14 days to get your order to you.

If your order is time dependent then please check with us before you order.

Guarantee

We guarantee all our products against faults for twelve months, as long as they have been used as intended and have not been abused (for example – water damage).

Customer Service

If you are having difficulty using your item, or need any assistance, please contact us. We are here to help. If you email us, please give as much information as possible. If you phone us and get voicemail (which we use to help us out at busy times) please do leave a message so we may call you back promptly. We always manage to get customers up and running with their purchase.

Returns

It can be difficult to make a decision based on what you read on a website, but please buy from us with confidence as we give you the opportunity to return any item to us us within fourteen working days from the day after you received it for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as its in the same condition we sent it to you in and you return everything you were sent.

We don’t refund your return postage costs, and you should always obtain a proof of postage and use a suitable postage service with adequate insurance in case of loss or damage – your Post Office can advise you on this.

We would value your feedback though, especially if you were unhappy about anything, so please enclose an explanatory note if possible. We will also need your name and address, so we know who the return is from.

Examples:

  1. Item received by you Monday 4th. Item returned to us postmarked Friday
    22nd or before – full refund given.
  2. Item received by you Monday 4th. Item returned to us postmarked Saturday
    23rd or after – item checked for functionality, repaired/replaced under guarantee if applicable and returned to you.

The refund timeframe will not be extended for any reason. A printed copy of this information is enclosed with all orders posted.
