If you are having problems with an item, please contact us, and we will help you to resolve those problems. Should an item appear to be faulty, please phone or email us in the first instance so that we can try to help: in most cases problems can be resolved remotely. If, after contacting us, you do need to return an item to us for repair or replacement, the address to return it to is on our Contact Us page. You must enclose a note of your name, address and contact number (preferably mobile); also an indication of the reason for return.
Any details you release to us will be kept securely and not used for any other purposes than the transaction they were released for.
Your details will never be released to any other company, organisation or individuals, with exception to law enforcement agencies in the event of any criminal or fraud investigation.
