Fit our Theft Recovery Tracker to your vehicle and if its stolen you may then track its current location AND see the route taken to get there. It is supplied ready set up and complete with SIM, is very easy to use and includes simple step by step instructions.
Tracking is done via a FREE tracking website and communication from the tracker to the tracking website is on a pay as you go SIM card basis (less than £1 per week on average) - so no expensive contract! The Theft Tracker is powered from the 12 volt battery on your vehicle, and also has a back up battery inside which will provide power for a few days if the 12 volt power is cut. Its quick and easy to install - just connect the red & black wires to positive and negative. The tracker should be hidden away under plastic or similar (not metal) so that it can get a GPS fix.
The tracker is located by signing in to the tracking company website using the username we supply you with. The current location of the tracker will be shown, as is the current day's driving history, which is marked by way of a coloured line on the map. You may zoom in or out of the map, and the mapping is very clear at street level. A Google Earth type view may also be selected. Previous days' driving history are also available to view. If your stolen vehicle is taken to a garage, lock up, warehouse etc where it cannot get a GPS fix you will still be able to locate it via the breadcrumb trail on your tracking screen, which will show a trail right up to where the vehicle is hidden.
As a further aid to vehicle recovery, you can ask the tracker to ring you so that you can listen in to what is going on around it. This might give clues as to the situation it is in and how many people are near it.
Its also possible to set a 'geofence', so that you receive a notification to your mobile when your vehicle leaves a pre-determined area.
This is a small tracker measuring just 8.5cm x 4.5cm x 3cm (approx.). It has a built in rechargeable battery that will last for about 5 days with average use if there is no 12 volt supply. If there is a 12 volt supply then that charges up the internal battery.
Tracking is free of charge - no contracts or subscriptions. However, you do need to keep credit on the SIM card inside the tracker so that it can report its locations to the tracking company by GPRS - allow about £1 per week for this with average use. We include £5 of credit on your SIM card to get you started. We also enclose with your tracker a top up swipe card for future use, just present the card at any phone top up outlet to purchase extra credit for your SIM. The swipe card is already linked to the SIM in your tracker.

This tracker will work anywhere in the world. If using in a different country to where your SIM is registered, roaming charges may apply. Non UK purchasers - your tracker will be despatched without a SIM card, you will need to supply your own SIM and follow some extra set up instructions which we provide.
